| По поводу чиновников вопрос остаётся открытый.
Им наплевать на людей, когда речь идет о больших деньгах. Зачастую для достижения поставленных целей
приходиться жертвовать жизнями людей. Я не удивлюсь если после этого события пойдет огромный поток денег для восстановления
Крымска, очистки русел, речек, постройки ограждений, и т.д. что привидет к большим хищениям средств.
Хищения денег началось уже с первых дней трагедии. Во вторых действительно не работала ни одна система оповищения, никаких мер для спасения не было.
Моё личное мнение, что отсавка - это не наказание, а мера избежания наказания.
